Project C.U.R.E is a 501(c)(3) non-profit humanitarian relief organization founded in 1987.
Since January, Project C.U.R.E and the C.U.R.E communities have been rigorously donating PPE supplies and other items necessary to hospitals and first responders in the fight against COVID-19. These efforts have provided....

"Rural hospitals find themselves at the end of the traditional supply line for personal protective equipment (PPE). They do not have the purchasing power to be given equal priority when they order what they desperately need. Preference is typically given to larger orders from urban areas. Without adequate PPE, rural health care workers are exposed as they try to protect the lives of critically ill patients. This shortage also prevents the restarting of elective procedures when it is otherwise safe to do so. This may contribute to more rural hospital closures this year."
